Who Is The Biggest Sell-High Right Now?

In a vacuum, if I could sell David Johnson (or any Rb for that matter) for top 3 startup prices I'll sell all day, every day.

Davante Adams I'd happily sell if he's in that top 24 price range.

I'll say Jay Ajayi. Not that I doubt he's for real, but I think there's a chance you may be able to get an offer you can't refuse for a guy that had 3 200-yard rushing games this season. If not, I would love to hold him and enjoy, but if you can swap him for a veteran stud and a nice pick, take it.

Seems to be a lot of legit choices (as there usually are this time of year). For me I think Demarco/McCoy are big sell highs in a vacuum. The problem is that they're older RBs and their values will depress drastically now that the season is over. That's going to make it hard to truly sell high on them.

I feel like they might be better holds than sells tho. Astute buyers will certainly be wary of paying too much for 29-30 year old RBs so I'm not sure what the haul will be for those guys. Or Jordy!

Yeah that's why I was saying that they're sell highs in a vacuum. Older RBs with big career workloads who are unlikely to duplicate their '16 season IMO. The market and the allure of youth in the off-season probably won't allow you to truly sell high though.

Agreed. Those are two players I think most owners will WANT to sell-high on, but I doubt the market will be there for them. If anything, the pendulum probably swings so far in the ageism/positional downgrade direction they could be good buy-lows for contenders (McCoy especially). DeMarco sellers will be dealing with 1) DeMarco is an RB 2) DeMarco is an aging RB 3) DeMarco has a very talented young RB who in DHenry who will probably take his job soon.

I'll buy/sell anybody at the right price, but I think these guys are at their peak values right now, and I'd probably sell if I was only thinking about roster value:

QB: Derek Carr (Im a Raider fan and I like Carr....but consistently see some rating him as the #1 overall dynasty QB. I'd happily take Luck/Cam/ARod and Wilson/Mariota/Ryan/Stafford over him, and would sell for Wentz/+, Prescot/+)
WR: Tyrell Williams (Allen coming back, and I HIGHLY doubt they don't draft a WR in the first three rounds sometime soon)
WR: Jamison Crowder
RB: Jordan Howard (replaceable talent who will produce for fantasy until someone better comes along)
RB: Latavius Murray (replaceable talent who will produce for fantasy until someone better comes along)
TE: Gronk (if anyone is still willing to pay 1st round start up prices for him)

Sell Highs:
Jordy, maybe 1 more year of elite production?,
Julio, value will never be higher & odds are it will be lower 1 year from now,
Gronk, body can only take so much + Brady is bound to start his decline soon,
Corey Coleman, based on valuation - may never significantly exceed his current top 20 startup price.

Buy Lows:
Marqise Lee, lightbulb is flickering on and betting he wants to get paid, contract year next year,
Cobb, much of his production woes are due to current ankle injury, ironically like Adams last year,
Shepard, will move way up the WR2 range next year, 'specially if Cruz is gone, and
Josh Doctson, if what happens in Washington is likely to happen, it'll be obvious to all by mid-season how obvious this shoulda been, as in top 15-20 overall asset.

I love the Dak call. Again, I'm not hating on his talent but if you get someone to pay Cam or RW prices, such as a high or mid-first, take it.
