Post your "good" rosters but bad records so far
I'm 1-4 with this team so far, won the league last season
QB: Tannehill, Bradford
RB: Le'Veon Bell, Jeremy Hill, Carlos Hyde, Isaiah Crowell, David Johnson, Christine Michael, Mckinnon
WR: Calvin Johnson, Alshon Jeffery, Randall Cobb, Mike Evans, Amari cooper, Allen Robinson, Davante Adams, Tyler Lockett, Breshad Perrimen, Cody Latimer
TE, Travis Kelce, Tyler Eifert, Max Williams.
Sometimes having too many options leads to picking the wrong players each week plus i have had alot of injuries.

1-4 (just listing typical starters)
QB: R Wilson
RB: Lynch, Gore, Crowell
WR: Julio, AJG, DT
TE: Reed
I thought the core of Julio, AJG, DT, and Wilson would carry me and leave me in a position where I would need little from my RBs and TE, but I was wrong (I'm also 2nd highest in the points scored against category). I do however hold 3 first next year so I should be able to reload a bit at RB.

1-4, standard redraft team. 12 teams
Start QB, RB RB Flex WR WR TE D K
QB: Roethlisberger, Taylor, Stafford
RB: L. Murray, Lewis, Woodhead, Blount, Coleman, Zenner
WR: D. Bryant, J. Matthews, Cooks, Snead, Hankerson
TE: Gronkowski, Reed
I thought I had best team
Ben, Dez, and Coleman's injuries hurt... Cooks / Matthews underachieving hasn't helped.
Its hard to trade in this league. I was able to trade Eifert for Matthews after week 1 (not sure that was a good trade now, at time it looked like a steal). Probably going to trade Taylor for Maclin this week

Won it all last year, and fully expected to repeat. Have managed 4-1 record so far, good enough for 4th, but losing Dez and Jordy killed me. No playoffs in this league, tie-breaker is total points scored. Don't normally carry more than 2 QB's, but Brees and Romo were surprisingly dropped after their injuries, and I just couldn't resist grabbing them off the WW. Kinda waiting to see how QB shakes out this year, because we are required to drop one each of top 3 scorers in offense and defense during the offseason. Really hoping Brees or Romo have huge weeks so I can sell them at a profit, as they were free.

Re: Post your "good" rosters but bad records so far
I'm 3-2, which isn't bad by any means, but I'm also at a "2" in the "Shoulda won" column, which is my big frustration.
QB (1): Carson Palmer
RB (2): J. HIll, CJA, JStew
WR (3): JMatt, Keenan Allen, Allen Robinson, Jeremy Maclin, Kendall Wright
TE (1): Charles Clay, Julius Thomas
DL (2): Michael Bennett, Justin Tuck
LB (2): Sean Lee, Anthony Barr, Jelani Jenkins
DB (2): Mike Adams, Eric Berry
--
It's a good problem to have, but I have yet to find the ideal combination of those WRs. 5 totally viable options. I feel like it's time to bench JMatt for Maclin.

The team where I felt pretty confident to start the season:
Projected Starters
Peyton Manning
Eddie Lacy, LeSean McCoy, Justin Forsett
Jordy Nelson, TY Hilton, Deandre Hopkins
Greg Olsen
Bench
Bridgewater, Cutler
Stewart, Ivory, Crowell
J. Matthews, ARob, Wright, Latimer
Eifert, ASJ
Finally worked my way up to 2-3.

Re: Post your "good" rosters but bad records so far
In a 14 teamer PPR, team also in my sig
QB :Bridgewater, Bradford
RB : Gurley, Hyde, Yeldon, JRob, K.Williams
WR: Dez, Jeffery, Evans, Watkins, Floyd, Diggs, Wilson
TE : Eifert, ASJ, Rudolph
IDP (main) : Wilkerson, Mosley, Olegtree, T.Smith, McDonald
This team would even look very good on a 12-teamer, but it's a 14-teamer.
My record : 1-4
and on my way to loose to the best team in the league with Gurley and Evans on BYE this week and be 1-5.

Sounds like my team from a couple seasons ago... Led the league in scoring all season, but finished .500 and missed the playoffs... Everyone seemed to have their best weeks when playing against me.Darkness wrote:Not gonna post his team but there is a guy leading my league in points scored and he's 2-3 lol...

Re: Post your "good" rosters but bad records so far
I've managed to go 3 - 2 so far, but lucked out because I'm only the 7th highest scoring team in the league (10 teams)
QB: Brady (awesome) / Bradford (shaky) - I got cute the 1st two weeks and started Bradford
RB: Gurley / Anderson (bust) / Ingram (solid) / Abdullah (tease) / Sankey (bust) - I have managed to pick up West & Rawls, though I started Rawls in week 4 (5 pts) and benched him in week 5 (23 pts) - UGH.
WR: Julio (awesome) / DT (disappointing) / Alshon (non-existent) / J. Matthews (disappointing) / Watkins (disappointing)
TE: Graham (bust) / Kelce (disappointing)
My team needs to start turning things around...
