Team names and logos

Guys, do any of you know of a website that has a bunch of fictional team names and logos?

I'm trying to get my league to switch over to using that format instead of just having names and NFL logos.

For example, The Orlando Wizards, Boston Brewers, Birmingham Mustangs, etc.

I literally googled "fictional sports team logos" and pages of them showed up. I'd probably start there.

If your named after an animal or person of some sort, just google "falcon logo vector" or "cowboy logo vector", whatever you want _____ logo vector, and you'll get some cool stuff

You could do worse than lovingly steal the names and helmets from the CFL's failed US expansion:

There's also the Grid Iron Alliance, which consists of some 100 or so regional teams.

That's what I did, smart@ss...a bunch of random stuff popped up.

I like to make mine after obscure minor league or juniors teams, especially if they're borderline insensitive. Do a search for something like 'Canadian junior B hockey league' or 'AA baseball mlb' and you'll get some good stuff.

Its taken me about 3 years to get the exact same switch done. And i;ve still got one or two rubbish names left.

being too direct and giving ultimatums will likely just make people dig their heels in more. I found changing 2-4 a year worked best. And a lot of that was me providing loads of alternate names/options.

As already mentioned googling that stuff is really easy. Its convincing people that's hard.

Theres a good long list of names on the Oklahama Iraqis league site I believe...
