To much for luck?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

To much for luck?

Postby tannert21 » Sat May 16, 2015 6:11 pm

I love luck and i love having that amazing posistion advantage almost every week, but with this trade i lose the 2nd pick which fills my rb hole i have after lacy so im concerned, and im a sucker for luck so need to know if im crazy.

I give Tannehill 2nd pick 2016 and 2017 first rounds

I get luck and maybe a smaller piece

again hes the one guy i go crazy for so just need some advice before i do anything crazy lol

Lucks a beast. It's hard to turn him down if any offer is given. So Tannehill and three 1st round picks? The 1st round picks are unknown, Tannehill is good but not Luck.

It depends on how safe you want to play it. I think Tannehill is going to be a pretty good QB, I also think the bust rates on 1st round picks is low.

Tannehill and Cooper/Gurley plus (using Devy Rankings)(assuming pick 6 for an even split)WR Corey Davis, RB Royce Freeman. I don't know these guys really but at the very least you are trading Tannehill and Cooper/Gurley, plus a top WR, plus a top RB.

I'd probably say no to three 1st round picks. Tannehill, 1.02, 2016 1st would be my max.

i love luck, and i understand paying a premium for him and think that he is worth it. i think tannehill is good. this is tough for me because of the 1.2 and your need for a RB. you still have 1.11. maybe you can package wallace (or a different WR) and the 1.11 and move up for yeldon/abdullah/coleman. you could counter with the 1.11 (but i am sure the 1.2 is the main piece for the other owner) or swap out 2017 1st for a 2nd.

i think i would try a counter, but in the end, i would probably make a deal.

curious, do you have any other picks?

That is too much in a 1QB IMO.

Luck is great, but the margin between him and Tannehill is definitely not worth 1.02 plus your next two firsts.

in that case. (no 1.11 pick) i would just stick with tannehill as well.
if you were starting cutler etc, then it would make more sense.
team 1 -start QB RB 2WR TE 2RB/WR 1WR/TE
qbs=5pt tds wr/te=1 ppr rbs=.5ppr all get .25ppc
