Martavis Bryant

Postby kuphal_99 » Sun Feb 23, 2014 9:01 am

This kid continues to impress me. He has every single physical trait you could look for. To run a 4.34 at that size is fantastic. Reps were tough to come by playing behind Hopkins and Watkins so he will be a bit raw coming into the league. He is definitely a guy you will have to wait 2 years on but he could turn into something special. I think had he gone back to school he is a guy we would be talking about as the #1-3 WR in 2015. I plan on stashing this guy in rd 2 whereever I can. Other peoples thoughts?

I just watched a highlight film of him wow does he have a nice size/speed combo, is the consensus on him still late 2nd/early 3rd or is he rising a bit?

I'd say mid-2nd. He's in the Moncrief, Adams, Benjamin area for me.

That's about who I have him grouped with as well, I have the 1.14 pick in the draft for my team in the sig so I'm trying to figure out who's a reach and who's not at that point, but it's hard to say until these guys all get drafted and we see what situation they end up in.

I would not take Bryant in the first 2 rounds. Great size and speed but not a good receiver from what I've seen. Drops, poor routes, just seems very overrated because he's 6'4 and ran a fast 40

I'd be happy with him towards the very end of the 2nd round, but i'd rather take him somewhere in the early to mid 3rd, still plan to watch more on him though before making a final decision.
