Trading Kincaid: Should I entertain it? (TE premium Superflex)

First dynasty team. I took over a team that was pretty rough. No QBs of worth. I tanked and traded usable aging assets. Drafted Kinkaid last year and Caleb, Odonze, Brooks this year.

QBs: Williams, Levis, Carr, Hooker, Zappe, Milton
WR: Odonze, Doubs, Shakir, AD Mitchell, McMillan, At Perry, Burks, M Williams, Cooks, Moore, nothing left of note.
RBs: Harris, Brooks, Vidal, Trash
TE; Kincaid, Knox, Higbee, Irv Smith

Current offers for Kinkaid include:

Z White and a 1st (mid-late 2025)
White, Dotson, Okonkwo
Sutton, White, Ford, Strong, Okonkwo

1/2 ppr super flex tight end premium.

There are a lot of assets in any of those trades that help needs, but my reservations are trading a huge dynasty TE asset and it’s to the one team that’s loaded with players and prospects. It’s sort of an embarrassment of riches situation.

Nah, pass on all of those. I'd move him in a combo deal for a QB2 upgrade or for a high-end WR and a 1st. Otherwise hold and keep building. 5-6 dimes still doesn't make a dollar.
