Your team is great shape, and you don't know what hole(s) will emerge. I would MUCH rather have a mid-ish 2025 1st in my back pocket to make a trade than this year's 1.09. You give yourself a probable value bump next year if you keep the pick and a massive trade chip otherwise.
In addition, 2.09 in this year's draft is definitely a couple of tiers below 1.09 -- not close. And the draft this year excites me enough into the second round that there's still going to be an interesting player available then.
