Oof that's tough. Aiyuk is great but Lamb just put up an alltime season plus who knows where Aiyuk goes or stays. If you think Aiyuk is a top 12 WR then its too much. Otherwise if you think Aiyuk is more 10-20WR then fair. Also depends on starting requirements. If it is start 2 WR and a flex I'd probably stick with Lamb.

Lamb + 1.08 very easily for me in 1 QB.
In fact I do not know why Lamb owner would make this trade.
Perhaps if the 1.08 was taken off, it would be more tempting for the Lamb owner.

Take out the 1.08 and as a Lamb owner, I'd start considering it.
