Jacobs/Jayden for Olave

Two managers have approached me regarding Jacobs several times since his signing in GB. As I am competing and in line to repeat and potentially cash out the "empire pot" (see below though), I originally said he wasn't for sale without an overpay. We have continued to dialogue, and one of the managers floated an offer of my Jacobs/Jayden for his Olave a few days ago and then added a little (minor) sweetener tonight:

Context: Our league doesn't end if/when a team wins the empire pot. It's more like a side bet with an extra payout, so we're technically not a true empire league. Obviously I would like to win the cash, but at the same time I am not looking to sell out and jeopardize longevity for a couple hundred bucks as I probably would in this situation if it were a true empire league situation.

Secondly, there is another juggernaut team that I am playing catch-up to. I would say I have better long-term dynasty assets, but I would say he definitely has a superior "redraft" team right now. I am comfortably in the top 3 teams, probably top 2 (after him), but I feel like I take a hit for 2024 if I take this deal.

Not important, but 2.10 is currently on the clock - Adonai Mitchell is BPA (also Roman Wilson, Ja'Lynn Polk, Troy Franklin following big RB run/reaches).

Olave is obviously the get here, but I feel like I am losing a decent amount of 2024 firepower and I know I have the depth (at least at WR) but I am not sure if I am overthinking it and/or if I should negotiate for a bit more.

Olave side. He is a stud with untapped upside. Jacobs had such a down season, that I have concerns he may not return to the guy he was.
