Reasoning: Dell his every metric for success you could ask for. Pickens and Higgins have hit a 1000 yard season, which means they are far more likely than wrs who haven’t to continue to hit 1000 yard seasons. Addison is also promising but less so.

I recognize that I'm probably way off consensus on this, but yea, I'm a Pickens stan. Sure, limited route tree and kind of a knucklehead, but damn he is so fun to watch and his catch radius is otherworldly. The fact that he put up an ~1150 yard season with Pickett is unreal. He is the only player on this list who has T5 WR in his range of outcomes imo. Give me that guy.

Think Dell's value dips a bit this year as he finds himself in an offense with Collins, Diggs, and Mixon. Addison is a really nice asset. But he's not an alpha. Too much uncertainty around Higgins.
