2 First Rounders for Calvin Johnson?

2 First Rounders for Calvin Johnson?

Hey guys,

I have the 1.3, 1.4 and 1.8 in this year's rookie draft. I have been offered CJ for my 1.3 and 1.4 by the owner who also has 1.1. Do I do the deal? Obviously, I will try 1.4 and 1.8 first, but if push comes to shove, I am still considering it.

We have 12 teams, 25-man rosters, WCOFF scoring (1 QB, 2RB, 3WR/TE, K, D....1Pt/reception). I do think this year's rookie draft is solid from top to bottom of the first round, and I can keep my 1.8 original draft position and add to a pretty damn deep team already.

What do you think?

I MIGHT give 1.8 for CJ. Unless you think he'll be top 5 this year, thats way overpaying.

I'm with Skip. Still, You are pretty stacked and don't have room for all those topflight rookies... but I'd aim higher - package a pick and player for an upgrade at each of position - QB/RB/WR...

He's worth 1.4 and 1.8 but not the #3.

Yeah, I like Calvin, but why trade those picks for a guy who hasn't really proven anything when you could try to use them to upgrade all over your team. Looking at your team, and assuming that his #1 pick is his own, he needs those picks a lot more than you need Calvin.

I'm very confused by the first responses to this question. I wold trade 1.3 and 1.4 for Calvin Johnson in a heartbeat. Don't bother trying to offer 1.4 and 1.8; the other owner may just back out.
