They learned from Aaron's years in GB what happens when his GM drafts a QB in the 1st round. Aaron takes off his diaper and starts crapping all over the place, stomping around and crying about how unhappy he is.Payton34 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 15, 2024 7:29 pm Side note: Is anyone else wondering why the Jets aren’t in the QB market? They literally lost Rodgers 4 plays into last season. He’s old as f*ck. But they’re acting like they’re set at the position.
Did they learn nothing from last year? It’s sad to see that roster wasted year after year with crap QB play.
The Jets knew the devil they were dealing with, and now they're just going to have to let him burn the house down. Really just a stupid trade from the beginning. Now they're going to waste a golden opportunity to trade for a high draft pick to get a QB of the future, because they're worried about how Aaron is going to react to them not drafting a player he thinks is good for HIM. Then when he leads the Jets to a 9-8 season and the team is ready to move on from Aaron, their 2025 draft pick won't be high enough to get a good rookie QB.
It's going to be a long slow climb back up that hill to respectability.
I'm putting the over/under on the date at Jan9, 2025. One day after the regular season ends.
