In my 9 leagues, only have DST and K on 1 of them.
Most offense only leagues dropped DST and K years ago and added 2/3 more WR/Flex slots.
I have 4 leagues that have full IDP settings.
Start 22 players every week, 11 offense, 11 defense (IDP).

It's going to be a 50-50 split between Roschon and Herbert. Probably 60-40 in favor of Herbert if both healthy and then maybe Roschon takes over more as next year rolls on. Maybe he can prove he's the better early down back and can also mix in on 3rd downs, but Herbert has been solid so I don't think they completely move away from himwickerkat1212 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 28, 2023 8:41 pm It's only a matter of time before RJ takes over. Not that it won't be a RBBC, but I've always felt that Herbert might hold onto it for a year or more, but that RJ was going to take it away from him.
Thought it be fun to dig this up and mentioned, currently DJM is on pace for 99 - 1411 - 8.5wickerkat1212 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 03, 2023 12:47 pm I think WR1 (DJM) 80 Receptions, 1200 yards, 8 TDs is more like low-end WR1, but we're splitting hairs here. I'd love to see him pass for 3,500. He'll STILL rush for TDs/yardage, but not 1143. Maybe convert half of that into passing. Rush for 600 total, add that 600 to his 2,200 and then a bit more.
His splits with Fields are probably even better. I was a little worried at first, but Fields has locked in on him. Unfortunately (predictably), it's everyone else in that offense who hasn't been worth a dam, while some were predicting multiple other WR3s.topher wrote: ↑Wed Nov 29, 2023 9:14 amThought it be fun to dig this up and mentioned, currently DJM is on pace for 99 - 1411 - 8.5wickerkat1212 wrote: ↑Thu Aug 03, 2023 12:47 pm I think WR1 (DJM) 80 Receptions, 1200 yards, 8 TDs is more like low-end WR1, but we're splitting hairs here. Thanks, man, I might have gotten ONE prediction right LOL. Man, if Fields can figure this out and we can get MHJ/LT who know. Maybe they give him one more year. I'm really split on him. I know Williams is better, but seems to have a similar style. Newsflash. They won't
They might. It could increase the return on their trade package, especially if they choose to eat a lot of the money in the trade.
I understand the thought process... basically pay money for a better draft pick in a deal... but who is going to give up more than a 3rd or 4th for him? They would be better off teaching him to field punts, kicks and how to take a handoff from a QB but ego's and titles won't let that happen in 2023mild wrote: ↑Wed Nov 29, 2023 1:35 pmThey might. Big difference between trading for a 1 year eval vs. a 2 year. Somewhat similar to the Daniel Jones situation that Schoen inherited; he balked on the 5th year and then had to pony up a near-max only to find out that DJ was playing over his head in a contract season.
I really don't believe he goes for more than a 3rd (and could easily see him go for less).81- wrote: ↑Wed Nov 29, 2023 2:00 pmI understand the thought process... basically pay money for a better draft pick in a deal... but who is going to give up more than a 3rd or 4th for him? Baltimore would be a great spot for him. Maybe teh bears can flip fields and something for roquanSriracha wrote: ↑Wed Nov 29, 2023 2:13 pmI really don't believe he goes for more than a 3rd (and could easily see him go for less).81- wrote: ↑Wed Nov 29, 2023 2:00 pmI understand the thought process... basically pay money for a better draft pick in a deal... but who is going to give up more than a 3rd or 4th for him? It's been a while so many people may have forgotten but Fields was completely off multiple teams (that needed QBs) draft boards because of concerns over his post-snap processing... and that pre-draft concern has only solidified in the NFL.
I suppose he's proven to be an elite running QB during his time as a starter but I doubt there are many NFL teams that value that trait all that much.
