Yeah, Rocket Sanders starting to fade like this year's Kayshon Boutte.

Though I am not sure that any 2024 RB is strongly considered for devy RB1, maybe if one takes time into account heavily.
2024 is a strong QB and WR class, with an elite TE. Off year at RB, especially with Jonathon Brooks tearing his ACL

2025 seems to be a stronger RB class, IMO, though weaker at QB and WR.
Yep, this is fair.

2025 has elite potential at RB (Singleton, Gordon, Judkins, K. Allen) and potentially two stud WRs in Luther Burden and Travis Hunter, but not as much depth at WR right now. The strengths of the classes couldn't be more opposite.
Where would Henderson rank compared to the 2025 class
Team 1
Q: Allen, Lamar
W: Devonta, Nuk, Godwin, Adams, Diontae, MT, Bateman, Toney, Osborn
R: JT, Henry, Ekeler, Gibbs, Mattison, Ford

T: Kelce, Hock
2024: 1.04, 1.05, Pick 21
2025: 1st (early), 1st (early), 1st (mid)

Team 3
Q: Lamar, Herbert, Goff, Geno
W: Chase, MHJ, AJB, Waddle, Pittman, Ridley, MT, Terrace Marshall, Downs

T: Andrews, Granson

Quite good. First round NFL talent. Drafting today I'd take him behind Nabers, have a tough time b/w him and Coleman and slightly ahead of Egbuka. All are first round SF rookie picks as of right now. And top-6ish in 1QB.

If I get the 1.3 as opposed to 1.2, I’ll probably be torn between Odunze and Bowers. Odunze is solid, just having a hard time remember the last good Pac12 WR (lmk if I’m forgetting someone). He’s my WR 3 pretty comfortably.

In 1QB non-TEP I think taking the WR3 is a totally reasonable plan. But let's wait and see where Bowers lands in the draft. If he is in a situation where there is clear line of sight to being the #2 target recipient his value gets a decent boost. Situation is so important to TE for FF.

Behind Singleton and ahead of the rest. But I wouldn't blame someone for taking Henderson at the top since a year matters. Can only delay so much gratification!

Tough one. I'd probably say RB3 or 4. I think Gordon and Judkins are ahead for now and Singleton is on his level.

CG - Could you please rank these four players? (PPR/1.5 TEP/1QB). Currently projecting to land the 1.03 or 1.04. Interested in your take on them and whether you would feel compelled to move up. Knowing my league I'd expect that to be more costly than it's worth.

K.Coleman
T.Walker
L.Burden
O.Gordon

Here is a few other guys on the board (if you think I'm wrong about the top-4): C.Tate, K.Allen, Brooks, Irving, Legette.

Thanks in advance,
Tim

Luther Burden - As good as Malik Nabers. He'll be the best WR in CFB next season with Harrison and Nabers gone. Do-it-all WR.
Ollie Gordon - Best RB in the country. Elite stretch of games this year.
Keon Coleman - Freak athlete, big RZ threat. Some questions about his route running and separation, but immense talent.
Carnell Tate - Potentially a big-time talent next year with Harrison and Egbuka leaving. I'd get in early before he's a household name.
Tez Walker - Long strides, fast, explosive, looks like he can create separation. Burned on the third level.
Kaytron Allen - He's been as good as Singleton in a lot of games, though I think Singleton is the better talent.
Jonathan Brooks
Xavier Legette - Looked fast, very solid on deep routes. Risky profile though as a 5Y Senior who did nothing until this year.
Bucky Irving

Thanks CG. It's funny I originally had Tate in my top-4. I get nervous about taking devys that aren't eligible the following year. Feels like piling risk on top of risk. Appreciate your rankings and your commentary.

No problem. There is some risk there, but Tate could be a player that's in the mix heavy in 2026. There's been Calvin Ridley comps for him and that WR room is clearing out after this season.

How many teams are in your league, and how many rounds are in your annual devy draft?

I am in a 10 team devy with 5 round devy draft, and by the time the draft comes, next year's class has been pretty well picked through.
Might get a couple of surprise 3 stars available, but for the most part, in my devy drafts, most managers are picking through the incoming freshman class, if not the freshman class from a year out.

Arch Manning was drafted in 2022, and Nico Iamaleava, Dante Moore, Jackson Arnold, and Malachi Nelson were all drafted in May 2023.
Those are the top 5 QB prospects of the 2023 freshman class.

2024's top freshman QB prospect, Dylan Raiola, and top WR prospect, Jeremiah Smith, were also already drafted in May 2023.

5 rounds is brutal, even if only 10 teams. 50 each year is just too many. My 14 teamer only has 2 rounds and I feel like it’s mostly picked over.

Also, there’s a pretty severe lack of Evan Stewart being mentioned here.
