I was not involved. Team A is a 3-5 team in my league.

Value Thoughts: I think it's probably fair value, however Team B didn't have to give up Jonathan Taylor, Garrett Wilson, or Tee Higgins and that rubs me the wrong way.

Given team A is 3-5 and has an older roster already (with no future 1sts), I get going all in, but at 3-5, it's a risky move for long term.
Wow!

Yeah, definitely an interesting one

The epitome of a trade where if he wins the Ship then it was a phenomenal move. But if he misses the playoffs or gets bounced 1st round, this is a trade he’ll regret for a couple years.

Justin Herbert is worth all of that by himself. Two firsts on top? I need more people in my leagues that are that low on Herbert.
Really?
I'd much rather have the Murray side in a rebuild.
I love Murray more than most, but he's not Herbert. Jahan, Charbs, and Levis are all guys I'd be trying to flip anyway and happy to get two firsts for them. I do like Pickens long term though, that's the only hesitation on this one.

Who knows how it plays out, but it's a classic four quarters for a dollar trade. I almost always want the dollar.
I thought it was a fairly even trade. QB's have slightly lower values in this league because we have to start 11 players each week.
Not like smaller leagues that might start 7/8 offensive players, where 2 QB's make up a larger percentage of the starting lineup.

So losing Pickens/Dotson/Charbs will force me to start Burks/ Skyy Moore/ Michael Carter.

I'm just trying to get my QB and TE rooms straight, need a lot more WR's and RB's now.
My QB room is now: Herbert, TLaw, Watson, Pickett, Z. Wilson, etc.
TE room is: Hockenson, Pitts, Musgrave, etc.
WR: London, Burks, Skyy Moore, Rondale Moore, Rashid Shaheed, Jameson Williams, etc.
RB's: Bigsby, Gainwell, M. Carter, Spiller, etc.

I now have five 24 1st round picks, including 1.01, and another that should be top 4, one mid, and two late 1sts
Three 24 2nds, four 24 3rds
Two 25 1sts, two 25 2nds

So I am at least a couple years away from competing.

I've been trying to trade Kittle for almost a year and haven't been able to get much. I could have had a random 1st that could be mid or late, but felt two early 2nds is more promising.

Ooof, Aaron Jones scares me, as that hamstring injury from week 1 just seems to keep on lingering.
Still wearing non-contact jersey in limited practices this week, week 9, and just look like he has the same explosiveness the past couple weeks in limited snaps.

I realize that Sanders isn't doing anything either.
I'd love to see the old AJ come back, but not sure I'd bank on it.

I too am worried. I traded Nico for him after week one or two on a strong contender because all I had was ETN and Pacheco. Since then I picked up K Williams for D Henry for cheap and really wish I had Nico back.

Wish they would just rest him until he's healthy instead of running him out there for 10 plays a game.

Traded Swift and Kittle
For
Late 24 first (8-10) and Aaron Jones

10 Team league 2QB .5PPR, no TE premium. I’m in first in my division, tiering down from swift to Jones and from Kittle to Logan Thomas. I’ve ridden Kittle to 3 titles but in this format everyone likes their one tight end and you can find similar production on the wire, traded with the team in first on the other bracket who wanted a te upgrade.

Also scared of Aaron Jones but just need him to be a RB2 for me. Basically moved off Swift for a first and Kittle for Jones. Gives me 2 firsts, a second, third, fourth to play with and hedge my bets. Won it all last year.

Start 2 QBs: Burrow, Dak, Z Wilson
Start 2 RB: Rham, A Jones, Gus
Start 3 WR: Tyreek, Lamb, G Wilson, M Thomas, Shaheed, Lazard, Chark
2 Flex spots
TE: L Thomas, schoonmaker

I get it that Jones is an injury risk but I'm willing to take the low risk chance that he returns to form this year and still be an asset for at least another year. I'm currently the #1 seed so the pick appears to be a very late 2nd and Sanders seems to have lost all dynasty value. Both the coach and Jones have hinted that this will be the week he will be a full go.

Would be nice to see, because there's zero chance I'm starting him until I see a decent performance first.

14 teams, 1QB, non ppr

sent: late '24 1st (mine, top scorer so far), alec pierce

received: prescott, early 3rd, my own 3rd

don't love it, but QBs are valuable in this league, and late 1sts are sketchy, and i lost cousins. can't go on a title run with dobbs as my starter (now watch him outscore dak in the playoffs)

i'll be trying to move dak+ for burrow or jackson

I think it’s hard to get a first for most RBs outside the top 6 at this point, Swift is solid but I don’t think that’s the reason this team is going to win or lose. It’ll come down to tyreek, Lamb and my QBs. Kittle has had the benefit of Deebo not being around but has been very up and down. Shopped around and don’t think anyone would give me better value on swift. I also am in a position to not lose my chance to compete and still have two firsts and a second for more WR and QB. RB is overrated imo, look at what waiver guys like Mostert has done.
