Why? He’s a total stud. We don’t know if Rodgers was beginning a decline or not. We don’t know if the jets are actually going to stick with Zach Wilson. We do know Garrett is a total stud who is gonna get loaded with targets by any QB.

My guess is he bails, all he cares about is himself, he isn't a team player.Anteaters wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2023 3:42 am Do we get to count the rest of the 2023 season as the AaRon Rodgers farewell tour? Or does he simply forfeit that sort of end for his career? Will AaRon show up on the sidelines for the rest of the year while he recovers, or is he going to bail completely and never show up?

You mean the guy that gave back millions of dollars to help the cap flexibility of the GM?Oddball456 wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2023 8:34 amMy guess is he bails, all he cares about is himself, he isn't a team player.Anteaters wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2023 3:42 am Do we get to count the rest of the 2023 season as the AaRon Rodgers farewell tour? Re: 2023 Week 1
Well yeah, he's a stud. That said, he only got 5 targets last night and 3 of them were barely catchable - saw that TD catch right?? The Jets are going to run the ball 40 times a game to hide Zach (Saleh claims they are sticking with Mr MILF hunter). Wilson will get his, but his prospects of being a top 5 WR this season have taken a bit of a hit. And based on his value, everyone had him as a top 5 lock. Still a great dynasty asset, but I would no longer be confident with him as my number 1 in redrafts.

Re: 2023 Week 1
Jets just don’t have the flexibility at this point to make major QB improvements. Wilson gets one more year to prove he belongs in the NFL (he doesn’t in my opinion) and then I think the Jets take a swing at Kyler.

As someone who is heavily invested in Murray, I sure hope not.JoshGordonsDealer wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2023 9:28 am Jets just don’t have the flexibility at this point to make major QB improvements. Murray's biggest issue is his mental makeup. Being in the Big Apple trying to lead the Jets to a playoff run seems like a media nightmare. Just not sure it would be a fit. Now, Murray to the Vikings and Cousins to the Jets? That's a match made in heaven. Of course it requires Rodgers to retire sooner than later.
Re: 2023 Week 1
It’s not that Wilson isn’t good. But look at the receivers he’s going over right now (often by large amounts)…
ARSB
Lamb
AJB
Olave
Waddle
Hill
I’m sorry…but I cannot find a conceivable reason why you’d take him over Olave and Waddle. And as a contender…I’m not taking him over Hill, who is going to break dynasty for as long as he decides to play.
SF, PPR, 12 team, 12 player dynasty
QB- Lawrence, Fields, Tannehill (max 2 keepers, 3 rostered)
RB- Bijan Robinson, T Pollard, Allgeier, Charbonnet, Achane, J Wilson, Kelley, K Williams
WR- Lamb, Jeudy, Hill, C Olave, A Pierce, Shaheed, Bourne
TE- Goedert, Musgrave
QB- Lawrence, Fields, Tannehill (max 2 keepers, 3 rostered)
RB- Bijan Robinson, T Pollard, Allgeier, Charbonnet, Achane, J Wilson, Kelley, K Williams
WR- Lamb, Jeudy, Hill, C Olave, A Pierce, Shaheed, Bourne
TE- Goedert, Musgrave
Re: 2023 Week 1
Oh no, Hill is going to hit an age cliff at anytime so I need to sell now so I don't get stuck holding him too long.....

Re: 2023 Week 1
Is it fair to think that Josh Allen might be this generations Brett Favre? He's loves to turn the ball over, taking unnecessary risks the same way Brett did.

Does NOT seem the same since Daboll left. Coincidentally, DJ looked better with Daboll - except for that mess this week.FantasyFreak wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2023 11:26 am Is it fair to think that Josh Allen might be this generations Brett Favre? Then again, both the Jets and Cowboys defenses are stellar.

Re: 2023 Week 1
I still maintain the Bills kept the wrong coach. They should have kept Daboll, even at the expense of their HC, who's a Defensive guy, and his brilliant strategy vs the Chiefs was enough for me to know who I'd stick with. Tying your franchise QB to the OC that got the most out of him would have been the better move IMO. Said it then, and I'm saying it now.Lumps wrote: ↑Tue Sep 12, 2023 11:46 amDoes NOT seem the same since Daboll left.
