WR Question: Gap between Adams and Diontae
For Team 1 in my signature below, I’m thinking about trading Diontae Johnson in a package to get Davante Adams. The other team is looking for a 2023 pick added to Johnson. Would a 2023 2nd be enough? Is a 2023 1st way too much?

Re: WR Question: Gap between Adams and Diontae
I think Adams is the much better player if you are looking for a title run but his age drops his value a bit. I also like Adams with Carr more than Johnson with whoever. If you can get him for a 2nd added, I think it is a good price. There is a shot again based on age but I would not put up a 1st if the 2nd is not enough.
Re: WR Question: Gap between Adams and Diontae
If you chance on a guy who is scared of Adams' new situation, he might bite on Diontae + 2nd. But in the other 99% of situations, you should probably add a contender's first.

I would try Sutton and 1st before selling Diontae.

Gator nailed it. Going all-in for a title, then it’s worth it since your first is probably going to be late, barring catastrophe. But Diontae is a nice young player. But if you dump the kid, you better be SURE you’re the favorite, lol…Gator Sens wrote: ↑Fri Jul 22, 2022 1:51 pm I think Adams is the much better player if you are looking for a title run but his age drops his value a bit.
