Still not close IMO. Better than the original, but still way off.

Tyreek seems to be declining, Monty is good, but not that great and 1.3 in 2022 might land you a good RB but won't land you a better WR than Chase.

Honestly, not sure the Chase owner in my league would move him alone for Tyreek, Monty and the 1.03.

This...Chase is just untouchable right now. Decent offer but I agree Hill/Monty/1.03 for only Chase might not even get some/most to move him let alone adding JRob/Woods.

I love Chase, but must disagree that this is “not even close”. If your team is pushing for a title, adding a starting RB with the volume of Montgomery, moving laterally to Hill at WR production (for a couple years), and adding another high 1st that could be used to pick or to trade for another decent WR would make up for sending Chase away. Current value-wise, it’s short by another 1st, but what Chase showed this season at his age makes it closer. I still feel the value in on the side you’d be getting, but would only do it for a team that was a player or two away from a championship.

I'm a Chase owner and I wouldn't consider accepting Tyreek+Monty+1.03. It's not an insultingly bad offer, but IMO it's a sucker offer.

The only way I'd seriously consider it was if I was a real contender (with a short window) who needed a RB (or two considering the 1.03) and this was the only way to get a RB. Tyreek would replace Chase's stats for a year or two more AND I'd get a RB boost to help my contending team try to win a championship.

But for any other team situation, I don't like this offer. It's giving you two pieces (Hill and Monty) that might have only 2 very good years left - maybe 1 more, but it's safe to say they're both on the back side of their prime. The 1.03 is the only piece that has a real chance at helping me 3 and 4 years down the road, and that depends on hitting that pick right. In three years, these three pieces might be doing very little for me, while Chase is just entering his 4-year super prime time where he never finishes lower than WR5 overall.

That second offer is worth considering. Chase is looking like a beast but with him you are looking to move a Woods, soon to be 30 years old WR coming of serious knee injury and JRob, an UDFA RB who is also coming off major injury plus has ETN taken in round 1 last year. You are getting another WR1 in Hill tho will be 28 before 2022 begins so his value should decline soon, plus a solid RB2 and the 1.03 pick, overall that is a very nice offer that might be difficult to pass on if you are looking to contend. Keep Chase here. I wouldnt take the deal if you took out the other pieces you were giving up ( not chase ). Hill and Chase ( in PPR ) were equal on the year. in the last 6 games of the season, Hill scored over 10 pts ONCE. Rookies are dart throws and I am not gambling on that when I am giving up Chase.
