"Doesn't score well" is doing some great work for "dead last against Man out of all Rookies" and "2nd to last vs. Zone, behind only ARSB" here.

I missed this. Is this a shot at Matt Harmon?

Guy can't even get onto the field

Like I can't even get behind why he isn't cuttable

This rookie season makes scrubs and bums like Ruggs, Reagor, Mims, Harry, etc look like decent players

That'll teach me to make excuses for production due to "crowded WR rooms"--then again Waddle balled out so IDK
Ruggs shouldn't be put in the same category as Reagor and Mims. He was having a fine year 2. He was on pace for well over 1,100 yards at 22 years old. He's not a Raider anymore, and I think he's trash, so no bias here, but Ruggs isn't in the same category as those 2. Ruggs was well on his way to being a viable WR2/3 in FF for years. He's just a bonehead, off field stuff was his issue, whereas the other two can't get on the field on their teams.

As for Marshall, year 1 was certainly not encouraging at all.
That's fair. I disagree that he had WR2 in his range of outcomes (based on his peripheral stats) but he was definitely better than the others

I mean, based on PPG he was a few points off WR2 status, but that's at 22. We'll never know. I think it's fair to say he'd give a bunch of WR3 weeks with a few WR1 weeks sprinkled in with a few big plays/TD's. Marshall is very concerning, because he was such a ghost. He didn't seem to do much of anything down the field, either, with that YPR. With Anderson being extended, and Rhule's unabashed love for the guy, the future looks bleak.

Very disappointing rookie season. I'm still interested in buying just on a cheap flyer, but hard to expect much.

Not a shot at all, I love Reception Perception.

Read it again, I was basically saying "doesn't score well" was underselling it a bit like you might say the Titanic "had a reasonably disappointing maiden voyage"

as a Terrace Marshallo bag holder, i approve this post! hidden in that 9 targets but only 4 catches statline was a real nice end zone fade he brought down but couldnt get his feet inbounds, and another that was very close to being a TD but got broken up. Missed the other 3

A few years back, this type of progress and timeline was pretty normal for WR. We've been spoiled as of late. Im also a Marshall owner and it was tough holding.
All I can say is Im feeling a little better. He is an NFL WR. A good start

It would be nice to see one of them stick on the good side of the stats. I wish it was ...
... Mims, because he seemed so buried I thought he'd never even get a chance to redeem his career.
... Hamler, because it would be a thrill to see his kind of talent push a faker like Jeudy down the ladder.
... Marshall, because it would be great to see DJM have a real threat opposite him to help open things up.
