Team 1 in sig. 4-0 and very tight (all within 10 points) with 3 other teams for most points. Obviously need RB help. Had no luck trying to dump and rebuild before the season and in general very hard to trade in this league.
Was offered Miles Sanders for my 22 1st and 2nd.
Would you do it?

Re: Trade for Miles Sanders?
I dont know if I would do that. He doesn't look like his former self, for whatever reason, and gainwell is taking a lot of snaps. They also aren't even running the ball that much. At this point I'd stay away. But you do need a RB, hard one.

I would also stay away. Even a first might be a little steep at this point. Not because the talent isn't there, but because Gainwell has really proven himself to be worthy of snaps. That lack of ceiling wouldn't be worth my first and second personally.

Re: Trade for Miles Sanders?
I'd take the deal.
False narrative in the media that Gainwell has been outplaying Sanders, when the reality is that PHI has simply moved so far away from running the ball that it will correct itself over time. They have called 87 designed passes to 10 designed runs over the past 2 weeks - which would be a crazy stat even if your QB was Patrick Mahomes.
Sanders - 4.6 ypr / 9.5 ypc
Gainwell - 4.4 ypr / 8.8 ypc
It might take a leap of faith, but I think Sanders is a screaming buy low. He's looked the part when given touches, but for some unexplainable reason the coaching staff has just ignored the run since week 1. I think that changes over the next month and Sanders will be the biggest beneficiary.

Not a chance, Gainwell is getting more action every week and for some reason they aren't running the ball at all. Easy pass for me.

Re: Trade for Miles Sanders?
I would much rather hold a 1st over Sanders. There are always lots of excuses for Sanders as an asset. At the end of the day, he does not produce good points and that's all that matters.

I agree with both of these. I do think he’s a buy low for all the reasons kmbryant09 listed but I think that you should be able to get him at a better price then that. He isn’t producing and his value is really really bad, I’d try to get the deal done without giving up a 1st. A lot of Sanders owners want out right now.

Nope. Want nothing to do with him if a first is leaving my pocket.

Re: Trade for Miles Sanders? (Updated)
Team 1 in sig. 1 win away from locking up the 1 seed in the playoffs which I almost certainly will make one way or another barring an epic collapse.
The Miles Sanders owner is back at it and just offered me Sanders and Sermon for Knox and Irv Smith. I am very high on both TE's, but I know Knox's production has mostly been TD dependant and thats tough to sustain, but I do think he has long term potential. While I'm quite happy I didn't accept his offer earlier this year, I'm really conflicted about this one.
Thoughts? Does this help me or hurt me this year/long term?

Re: Trade for Miles Sanders? (Updated)
I am lower on Sanders than most but I would easily make this deal outside of a serious TE premium. Knox is having a solid year but I think he is far from an elite TE. You already own Andrews and have a shot to lock up two relatively young RB's with upside for two non-elite TE's, one of which is a complete unknown...great deal for you!khaos337 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 30, 2021 9:21 am Team 1 in sig. 1 win away from locking up the 1 seed in the playoffs which I almost certainly will make one way or another barring an epic collapse.
