Kyle Pitts or Ja’Marr Chase at 1.1?
14 team, 1QB Non PPR league. Entering year 12.
My team is in a full blown tear it down to the studs rebuild so I am choosing between Chase or Pitts at 1.1 this year.
Not looking at RB here and trading back is also not an option because it’s a home league and my buddies are giving me crap offers.
If you had to choose one of these two at 1.1 is it Ja’Marr Chase or Kyle Pitts?

I’d go Chase. Non-ppr so assuming not TE premium.

Since this is a question specifically about your team, and not dynasty league play in general, it belongs here:

Chase is the 1.01 in this class
I am just a guy sharing some thoughts
Re: Kyle Pitts or Ja’Marr Chase at 1.1?
Chase pretty easily unless its TEP or start 2 TE.
Re: Kyle Pitts or Ja’Marr Chase at 1.1?
While I may be in the minority on this; I take Pitts pretty easily. Think he is the next big thing at the Hybrid receiver position and will be a huge red zone threat given his size and route acumen.
I am also a very big fan of Chase but true difference makers at TE are harder to come by in my opinion.

Re: Kyle Pitts or Ja’Marr Chase at 1.1?
Pitts is not a bad idea at the 1.1, but I'd definitely take Chase. Safer pick who has similarly tremendous upside.
Re: Kyle Pitts or Ja’Marr Chase at 1.1?
I'd go Pitts. Better prospect and higher upside with him being designated as a TE. He has the potential to be something fantasy football has never seen before, a Calvin Johnson/Julio Jones tier receiver in the TE slot. If he puts up 70/1100/10 he's immediately in startup 1.01 territory.

Re: Kyle Pitts or Ja’Marr Chase at 1.1?
Chase's ceiling is LEGIT the greatest WR of all time. Even if he misses that mark, he still projects as a fantastic fantasy asset to build around. He's tied to a rising star at QB as well which certainly does not hurt. I'm not passing up the opportunity to snag Chase in a rebuild.

Chase pretty easily for me. He is the 1.01 in this class no matter how you look at it in a non-SF format. Great piece to add and build around in a full rebuild.

I appreciate the replies here! Thank you

Based on what exactly is his ceiling best ever? He’s a very good prospect but most say best since Cooper. he’s not generational, Lawrence and Pitts are those guys.never_punts wrote: ↑Wed Jul 28, 2021 11:12 am Chase's ceiling is LEGIT the greatest WR of all time. I’m still taking chase over Pitts here but I’m fine with Harris chase or Pitts at 1.1 based on preference.
