What to do with Lamar and Russ

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

What to do with Lamar and Russ

Postby Jaguars8907 » Tue Sep 22, 2020 11:04 am

I’ve got Russ lighting up my bench each week. I have received the following offers for Russ:

David Johnson + 2021 3rd
2023 1st, 2022 2nd

I also have 2 other teams asking about Lamar.

Do I role with both for the season, or am I crazy not seeking value for one of them. Have Rivers and Minshew for insurance pending injury after a trade.

Really torn on what to do. Thoughts?

Easy pass on the current offers. Hold both outside of a legit offer.

Current offers make no sense, but there is no reason to have Rivers and Minshew. I would be asking for the world for Russ and Lamar, but would take an underpay for Gardner
I am just a guy sharing some thoughts

I have got LJax and Mahomes. I dont plan on trading either of them unless someone overpays tremendously. I am not seeking any trades either. It's so nice to look down and know that if your guy gets hurt then you have a other stud that can replace him and save your season.

DJ owner came back with:

2021 1st
2021 2nd

I expect both will be late. Thinking no, but what would be “worth” trading Russell for?

This is probably the best you will get in a 1 QB league. The value is solid overall, but I would struggle trading either for that to be honest.

I’d sell Russ for a 1st in a 1QB league knowing he’s “worth” more. Having LJax in house already makes it easier to do
