Chark or Ridley?

Postby dawgDYNASTY » Fri Jun 12, 2020 6:01 pm

Just a simple poll where I am trying to decide between either in a deal I'm negotiating. Which one do you want more?

I originally learned Ridley but I'm not sure Julio goes anywhere anytime soon and Chark is younger and could be more productive within the next 3 years, although his qb situation could be more fluid depending on minshew.

Ridley. Even with Jones he was on pace to be a top 15 wr pre injury. Chark exploded out of the gate but was not overly consistent.

Like Chark, but love Ridley. Not even close for me.

Unlike many others but this is really close for me: for now I say Ridley but if Chark puts up WR2 numbers again and gets Trevor Lawrence next year I could flip pretty easily.
Ridley is pretty old for a player who has only been in the league in 2 years

Nothing against Chark but these two are not close. Ridley is a big breakout candidate. As much as everyone loves DJM Ridley has a similar draft pedigree and has outperformed him on a ppg basis. So underrated.

Give me Chark. Two years younger and produced more than Ridley last year. He played with an injured ankle the last 4-5 weeks of the season, which is why his numbers looked a little inconsistent at the end. Otherwise, he was more productive and did it while playing with Minshew and that Jaguars offense. I think he has a higher ceiling and will improve more in the long-run. I like Ridley, but I'd take Chark over him by a little bit.

There's a reason for that. Ridley has done it with Julio on the other side--not as a WR1 unlike the other two--and is considerably older than DJM or Chark.

I would slightly lean his way here but it's far from a slam dunk to me

Agree to disagree. Ridley lit it up after the Sanu trade. And there’s two sides to having a stud WR on the opposite side.

Chark had a few good games last year. I don't like his organization or his qb situation. If I was doing a startup draft, and had to choose between the two I would pick Ridley without hesitation.

I like Chark. He showed he can be a WR1 last year on a bad team. He took a huge leap and they are looking for ways to get him the ball more next year.
