Hopkins vs Moore

Looking to move my Hopkins in a full PPR league. I’m an above average team in a 10 man league. Could make playoffs or could not. Not one of the top dogs but could get lucky any given week.

I’ve given thought about moving him for someone like DJ Moore to gain youth.

What would you ask for in addition to DJ Moore for Hopkins or would you stay out with Hopkins?

A 2nd is probably fair. Moores value is off the charts right now and some are lower on Hopkins. Not sure I understand the Hopkins concern though.

Gonna be league dependent. We've seen Hopkins be a stud for years and we haven't seen that yet from DJM. If I were moving Hopkins and Moore was the best piece coming back I'd need more than a 2nd. Doubt I'd take anything less than DJM and an early first if I'm contending

If you can get a first I would do it. I also don't see a DJM owner adding a first to get Hopkins.

Hopkins is an easy sell to me right now at his top 5 WR price. He ain't MT or even Tyreek

How many top WRs can you think of have been anything but hurt by a move to another team?

Especially when that move comes with a QB downgrade?
And when the new team has a worse O Line?

I would get Moore and an early 2nd if you can

I would definitely shoot for that first before bringing down your asking price

I don't disagree but we've seen Hopkins be a stud in Houston.

Arizona offense didn't really come close to providing a week in week out lock WR 1 starter last year. Maybe Hopkins is so much better than Fitz and everyone else that he commands targets but maybe they spread the ball around so much that's hes good but not elite.

If I was selling Hopkins but I'm kind of 'unsure of him' because of maybe the new team which I am.

I wouldn't be selling him for a WR that just got a new QB and has some built in unsurity of his own both how that works out and who his longterm QB will be.
