1 Orphan Team Available in 32 Team(2-copy) Dynasty League. Team already Paid for 2019 Season

We just had an owner drop out in our 32 team league. The team available is the Chargers which has a good amount of talent. Team fee for the season and insurance bond has already been paid. We have full IDP and it is a salary cap league. It is not a basic league, it requires some planning and attention. We are looking for someone to take on the team long-term. We use Slack for most league communication.
