I'm in a 10 team league that includes IDP's. Was offered a 2019 3rd round pick, which will likely be a late 3rd. I understand his stock is at the lowest in his career, but I have Ertz, Kittle and Gesicki. Gronk doesn't really add value to my roster anymore.
Do I get what I can for him or hold him until he dies? Lol.

Then don't trade him at all. I'd rather hold him until retirement than accept an offer like this. A 3rd round pick is nearly worthless. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Gronk comes back after the bye and is a top TE the rest of the season and still has plenty in the tank for the future.

Getting a 3rd might be tempting but holding him away from other teams could be your easiest / best move

Wait till he plays again. His value should go up, but not a ton. Definitely shouldn't sell for a 3rd.
