So exactly how bad is Jamarcus Russel?

I cant remember a starter lasting this long while looking as bad.

I think he is as clueless as they come. I've never seen anything to like about him other than a strong arm.

who would you rather have? Stafford, sanchez, freeman, or Russell?

I haven't even seen Freeman and I'd take him over Russell.

Or who's the better 1st overall pick, Stafford or Russell? I've only seen stafford in three games, and I think he's already leaps and bounds ahead of Russell in development. I just don't think Russell has the mental capacity to read and understand coverages.

He is really really bad, and Al loves him so the Raiders are stuck with him for the forseeable future.

Hopefully Michael Bush and go into the witness protection program, change his name to Michael Turner II, join another NFL team and tear it up.

Bad QB play makes it hard to run the ball, but J. Russell play makes it impossible. Who's been a bigger bust in the last 20 years?

Leaf, Couch, Akili Smith, Mirer and going back further guys like Dan McGuire. How about Alex Smith? David Carr?

The only thing that comes to mind that is comparable to Russell's play is Ryan Leaf back in the day. I clearly remember a 1/15 effort once during that season. They stayed with Leaf FAR too long and the Raiders have been going with Jarmarcus for much longer now.
