says it all to me that carolina nor cleveland took a shot at this kid , I know when people were going cuckoo over him in the spring I cautioned then he couldn't stick in minnesota when joe weeb was their wr5 so he may not be that much of an asset turns out he isn't.

Not surprising to me either.
Carter couldn't make the NFL before and even a couple decent seasons in the CFL didn't change anything

So the Colts promoted WR Quan Bray from their practice squad to add depth after Dorsett's injury. Seems like he has some special teams value but pretty damning for Duron Carter, no?

No faith. The only hope I could give is that he may gain value in the eyes of a new coaching staff, which I expect the Colts to have next season.
I have him on my deep roster but I will drop him for WW fodder when needed.

If Carter is still on the practice squad after Dorsett's injury...wow. I wouldn't have been holding him anyway, but this has to be the final nail.
