Looking for a cheap startup, IDP preferred

I haven't done a startup for a few years. As far as settings I'd prefer IDP but it has to be large starting lineups, but I'd look at offense only if the rest looks good. Mainly looking for a really good league with lots of active owners. Really not interested in joining a random league.
