UPDATE: Too much for Julio?

Julio owner is offering me Julio + Tre Mason/Isaiah Crowell (my choice) for Mike Evans + Jamaal Charles.

To my way of thinking, the difference between Charles and Crowell/Mason is much bigger than the difference between Julio and Evans.

That said, if I pulled the trigger, my WRs would be Dez, AJ, Julio, and OBJ. And we can start 4. Yikes.

12 team league, 1/2 ppr.

Start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 RB/WR/TE, 1 K, 1 D.

Thoughts?

Pretty close deal. I would take Julio/Mason but I can see preferring other side

I'd give that for Julio and Mason.

I like the Julio side. Evans still has a long way to climb to get into the Julio level of talent and Charles is aging.

I'll take Julio side here JC doesn't have many years left, I would move him while you can.

Agreed, I like that trade on the Julio/Mason side. Charles while still at the top of his game is aging, perhaps 3 yrs left? Amazingly he'll be 29 by the end of the season. As noted above, Evans still has a ways to go and will have a rookie QB most likely.

To me Julio > Charles...similar scoring potential, Julio with a lot more years left on him. He's got at least 8 years left if he stays healthy. Maybe 10.
Mason and Evans are about even. Both are still a bit of a question mark based on their situation. Evans of course being a WR has a much greater chance at a longer career.

So it's pretty even but I'd take Julio and Mason all day long and cash in on Charles before he loses value and you're not really taking a hit at all for short term playoff run. But long term I think it's a win.

Am I missing something? The difference between Evans and Julio isn't much. Charles is worth way more than that difference.

Julio and Mason for me without any thought. Charles is a declining asset and Evans owners are hoping he becomes Julio, which he might, but Julio is a much safer bet.

If we're looking at ADP Julio is WR3 and Evans is WR4. You're telling me that the difference between Charles and Crowell/Mason isn't significant enough to move from WR3 to WR4? I'm confused here.

That's keep kind of my thinking as well, OtherNinja. Sure, Mason could be the Rams' starter for a year or two. But he's JAG. I think the Charles/Mason gap is far wide than the Julio/Evans gap.

Julio owner has 1.03, 1.10, and 1.12.

I countered with Evans + Charles + Knile Davis for Julio + Mason + 1.10 + 1.12.

Yes. Haha the difference between Evans and Julio is quite a bit. Next year at this time, it may be Evans but what did he do? Have 3 big games? Julio has been doing this a lot longer. Julio side easily.

Sure the ADP isn't far off, but I wouldn't take the trade because I haven't seen enough of Evans. Some people are believers, some aren't. Even with the injury risk, I'd keep Julio
