12 Team PPR, 1 QB 2 RB 3 WR 1 FLEX, 1 TE

Here's my team:

Ryan/Flacco
McCoy/Charles/Martin/Sproles
Calvin/AJ Green/Marshall/Edelman/Duron Carter/Wheaton
Ertz/Witten/ASJ

He has a stacked team, Brees/Lacy/Murray/Lynch/Dez/Jordy/Cobb/Graham

My team is super old, I have no draft picks. Should I just stay put this year and compete with him straight up or can I move Charles for this?

I think it is a fair price. Wheaton has potential but Charles is older and Knile Davis is on the rise. It really comes down to how much of a chance you think you'll have defeating him.

You won't get better IMO for picks. It hurts your chances of winning this year, and helps his, but I think Charles has hit the downslope. It would help you get some instant depth of youth. You could always trade a pick or two once you've acquired them for another starting RB. Trade a couple of firsts for someone like Lamar Miller for example. (Just an example) a young RB who starts. Then you'd have another starting RB and 2 first rounders left. I'd go for it. See if you can squeeze a half decent RB out of him for depth, because he and you both know that this trade significantly helps his chances of a championship.

Maybe see if he'll throw Lynch in instead of 1.09 or 1.10 While you include a 2nd?

I wouldn't deal Charles for that.

I would do that deal for charles. Four firsts is a lot for a rb, I know they aren't premium picks but they aren't super late either.

Taking Cobb instead of the picks would leave you pretty thin at RB in a start 2 RB league, no?

I would sell Charles for 4 1st round picks. I agree with trading one of the picks for Lamar Miller and I think you would be ahead.
