Got offered both the Bengals RBs for Gronk.. Both Tyler Eifert and Kyle Rudolph are on the WW at TE so I could pick them up after the trade.

If it's for the team in your sig, stay put. Eifert and Rudolf would be a good bye week filler, but as long as Gronk is healthy his level of production is untouchable. and your RB core is perfectly fine without Gio/Hill.
