I'm really liking this. In a start-up, you're building your team with players who have the best shot at long-term value. RBs don't tend to have long-term value, and are easy to trade for in this format. You are putting yourself in a position to be able to do that. I'd be interested to see what TEs are left, since I feel there are a couple of long-term options that are being drafted in the mid rounds this year. You also will probably need to grab a RB or two that you'll be comfortable starting.

Outside of the top few, RBs just doesn't matter in this league. If you find an extreme bargain, great. Otherwise, keep loading up at other positions.

I'm back on the clock for two picks...best players left are:

QB: Geno/Eli/Flacco/Locker/Palmer

WR: ARob/ T Austin/Randle/Adams/Maclin/Beckham Jr./Tate/Moncrief/Wheaton
TE: L Green/Ebron/Eifert/ASJ/D. Allen

Time to get my first HB and TE? Or keep plugging away at WR?

I'd grab two of Trich/Ebron/Ladarius/Eli/Tavon.

Gun to my head, Eric Ebron/Tavon Austin or TRich. If you didn't already have Luck/Wilson I'd take Eli, but you will be set at QB for a loooooong time.

Thanks for the responses guys..I ended up going Ladarius Green and then T-Rich...I figure in the 9th round he's worth the gamble as my HB1....if he hits I have the Colts offense through the air and on the ground for the next few seasons. If not, its only a 9th rd pick.

This is exactly how I hoped you would use those two picks. There should be plenty of RB options later in the draft (albeit unimpressive ones) that will get you by, but keep the goal of building around pass catchers and perhaps a 3rd QB whom you think will have some upside. The more, the better, since you're going to need some trade bait.

you have an awfully big case of rookie/unproven guys fever going here. if you woulda taken doug martin where you took cooks your top 6 would have been so nice. that cooks pick honestly threw off your entire draft imo.
