Need 1 owner for a 2nd year dynasty league - $50 league on MFL using USFL organizations from the league that existed from 1983-85. The league is a Dynasty IDP League .5 PPR, with blind bidding.

16 total teams, two conferences, 4 divisions (Each owner will run a USFL organization)

League Setup:
40 man active rosters - with 3 IR spots, and 5 Rookie Taxi Squad slots

Starting Lineup Requirements :

17 Starters
* 1 QB
* 2 RB
* 3 WR
* 1 TE
* 1 RB/WR/TE Flex

* 1 PK

* 2 DT + DEs
* 2 LB
* 3 CB + Ss
* 1 DL/LB/DB Flex

The rookie draft: is scheduled to start Sunday, May 17th at 12pm EST. It is a straight draft where teams draft out of the same position each round based on last year's standings.

Draft timer rules: Each team has 4 hours to make selection. The draft timer is turned off between 12am and 10am EST (9pm - 7am on the US West Coast). Teams are still allowed to make draft choices while the clock is switched off, the 4 hour clock will only restart as per the hours specified.
