Our rookie draft starts Monday and I have the 1.5, 2.5, 3.5 and 4.5. 10 team, ppr.
My starting lineup is:

Key bench pieces: Evans, Addison, Freiermuth, Goff, Lawrence
I have some interest in the 1.5 from a couple of owners for potential trades…
1) Give 1.5 and Mike Evans for Pacheco
2) Give 1.5 + a Wr not named Evans for Waddle
3) I have another owner asking about 1.5 and has mentioned James Cook
I’m not excited about these offers but this is what I’m looking at so far.
Should I just hang on to the 1.5? I feel like I need to upgrade my Rb 2 spot.

You definitely need to upgrade RB2. Stay and take Brooks at 1.05. Worst case you get Bowers there.

Not doing any of those deals involving the 1.05. 
1) Pacheco isn't worth 1.05+.
2) Not trading for Waddle when you don't need another receiver.
3) James Cook isn't worth the 1.05 to me.
If you can't trade a bench QB for a RB (you don't really need 3 in 1QB and Goff/TLaw aren't elite), stay put at 1.05 and take Brooks like TheTroll said.
