Consolidation Trade, Dynasty #3—Help, please! :-)

So I have a lot of random pieces I'd like to move in a 12-man, 1 ppr league, where we start qb-rb-rb-wr-wr-wr-te-flex-k-d.
Here is my team, with starters in bold. I have picks 1.01 (Harrison), 2.07, 2.09, 3.01, 3.02, 3.09.

Kamara, Jacobs/Zamir (Warren, GEdwards, JFord)
Lamb, Puka, DJM, Olave/Harrison (Tucker, VJefferson)

I was thinking of moving Warren and Edwards to the guy who has JKD and Harris.
Would Warren/Edwards for Swift help me out, be a decent trade?
Solidifying my RB room a bit more is about the only thing I really need to do.
Was a contender last year, 1st/2nd all year, came in 4th.

I think it would be good for you, but he also looks like a contender, and I can’t see why he would accept. Where I own Najee, I have no interest in Warren, and owning Dobbins wouldn’t have any bearing on whether I wanted Gus or not.

You could offer and see what happens but in order for it to work is to give them as a slight discount…like $.75 on the $1.00.

Seems too light to me. I'd hold Swift because he's the highest ranked for '24 on my board. I'm not trading that for two bench depth options. But it's worth a shot I guess. Probably comes down to how the guy sees Warren.

Okay, thanks. Was trying to figure out if this was good for me. For him, I thought it would lock down two backfields. There was some concern in the past that Harris was busting. Both Warren and Dobbins got 200 points in this league last year. I hate owning half of a backfield. I do think Swift will be in a RBBC but based on what he got paid, this is his team, he is the RB1. He is a contender, ranked about where I am, but less chance of winning/playoffs based on a few league calculators.

Yeah, I thought I'd offer first and see what he said. He might say, "Not moving Swift, he's my RB1" and then we're done. Or he may say, "I'd need more, add this pick," etc. Thanks.

Yeah, agree. Warren played well, and there was a time I thought Harris might bust, and Edwards also got 200 points last year, and there is a lot of love/hype for him right now. Both guys got 200 points last year. So, I guess my thought was would he rather lock down those two backfields or roll the dice and hope that Harris plays well and stays healthy. I may have to add more. Thanks.
