It comes down to which QB you prefer, and I see Goff:Herbert as a personal preference choice. Wouldn't fault you either way. Just choose the QB you want more.

Agree with the Eater of Ants. While the majority would side with Herbert, Goff just doesn’t get the love. He’s on a better team with more weapons as well as a shoddy defense which breeds for more shootouts.
