2x 1sts in value on top maybe haha. If you want to move 5 quarters for a dollar you gotta make it worthwhile. Nico = 1st, Rice = early 2nd, Ferguson = late 2nd, 3rd = 3rd, you're essentially at least a 1st short and that's assuming the other owner is even willing to consider an offer like this.

This is TEP, so Ferguson is a little more valuable than at first glance. But Rice has taken a hit with the FA+draft adds at his position. The 2025 3rd is doodly squat in this trade, doesn't affect the value of the trade in any meaningful way, and shall never be discussed again.
What you mostly need to make this offer appealing to the Chase manager is a WOW piece. There is a small possibility the other guy sees NICO as a sure-shot, but he probably does not. So you need that one WOW piece to add to these depth pieces.
An early 1st, meaning a top 4 pick in SF. Or, a T15WR or T15RB or T8TE. Or, a QB of some sort. If you don't have access to a T4pick, you'll probably need a 1.05-1.08 and a '25 early-to-mid 1st to add to the players.
