Downs is not equal to Godwin. That's my issue. Downs is now the WR3 with Anthony Richardson as QB, and historically thrives in the middle of the field. An area Richardson had serious issues hitting in college... give me Godwin over Downs by at least a 2nd, likely early.

I’m not sure I agree with Downs being the WR3 in Indy. And I am not sure if you have Godwin anywhere but he’s currently being valued at a late 2nd so an early 2nd on top of Downs just isn’t happening.

Give me Downs over Godwin. As an Indy fan, I am biased but Downs is WR2 in Indy. AD will go into camp as WR4 until he beats out Pierce, which shouldn’t be hard to do. Either way Downs is the WR2 easily in Indy.

Anyways give me the 1.05 and Downs package over the other offer

Well if you can acquire a consistent 80+ catch 1,000yrd receiver who is only 28 for a late 2nd in any 12+ team leagues, you'd better be making that move in every league you play in...

He's for sure undervalued in PPR leagues in that case.
