New League - Scoring Settings?

Afternoon all,

I'm looking to start up a 12 man SF league with some mates, however I've never actually done it before nor have I done a SF league before either (all my leagues are just 1 QB)

Just after some advice on the "best" scoring settings for a SF league please?

I appreciate "best" will be different to each individual/league, but I want to ensure I'm making it as interesting and competitive as possible, and having never done anything like this before, figured I'd out a post on here and get the thoughts and opinions of guys that have done it a lot longer than myself
