Upgrade to McBride?

Give: Collins + Njoku
Get: McBride + Zeke

I think I’ll decline that, but if I can come up with a reasonable counter, would you be willing to upgrade to McBride at the expense of Nico?

Maybe a counter of:

Give: Nico + (one of) Njoku/Goedert + 4.08
Get: McBride + C.Samuel + Zeke

With the TEP, McBride is worth more to me than Nico. I want out of Njoku before Watson tanks his value and Zeke is looking like a low end RB2 for '24. I think I prefer the current deal to the counter as I'd rather start Goedert in the flex than Samuel.

this isn’t an instant reject. McBride in TEP is the best piece of this deal. We know how Watson under utilizes TEs and that isn’t going to change. Plus looking like you get a free 1 year rental on Zeke as a starting back. Heck even if her is just the TD machine inside the 10 it’s a nice complement

Also agree McBride is the best piece. I think I’m just still wearing rose colored glasses when looking at Collins + Njoku. We actually got to see their ceilings at the end of the year and it was enticing

Understood. Without the TEP, it's more of a debate. With the TEP, I'm taking McBride. The key difference is that in TEP leagues TE is a viable flex option. In regular PPR I'm probably passing on the deal.

It’s a strong offer and probably one worth accepting but it doesn’t hurt to ask for a little sweetener back. Maybe a 2nd on top? Even a 3rd? I just traded McBride away and I already miss him.
