Current offer:
1.03 + 2.06 + 2.07 + Shakir
for
1.05 + 1.06

I'm torn here because I keep comparing Odunze to Quentin and Burks in my head (whether that is fair or not).

Should I take the deal for 2 shots at a solid wr or hold and just take Rome at the 1.03

Fair on value. ESPECIALLY if you're not sold on Odunze. If you think Odunze is legit, though, then I wouldn't do this. I think I'd try to keep one of the 2nds out, though.
