This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

I think MHJ could out produce JJ this season. I’m not making that deal. I’d also try and take a chance on one of the QBs this year if they were to fall to you.

The right move is to probably fade this based on build, but fantasy football is about having fun and JJ, Chase & Lamb sounds like a blast.

Seems about right to me, but given your team, I’d probably be using that 1.01 on Caleb.

^^^This
QB need is pretty obvious.
Can't see spending on a WR when you need a QB in SF.

well, this is a bold take....

I think the trade is a good value, but based on your team build, I pass and take Caleb.

You've got a nice squad. I'm not sure you'll be in position to take a QB of Caleb's level any time soon, and I think if he reaches his ceiling (and he has as good of an opportunity to do so of any QB in recent memory), he would fill out your roster beautifully. As fun as it would be to add JJ to that WR room, I think I'd hold and take Caleb here. As others have noted, I think it comes down to roster construction. But it should be noted that this is a very reasonable price for JJ and I think you're in good shape no matter which direction you take

If you hold, I might also pivot and see what would be needed to move up to take Bowers: 1.10+2.01+(?)

My thinking is that because of the QB situations, MHJ likely ends up catching balls from Murray or Herbert and JJ catches balls from a rookie most likely. JJ also has Addison and Hockenson, MHJ won’t have much competition for targets

This is wild thinking.

I’d do it. With chase, JJ and lamb that’s a set it and forget it wr core for the next five years and you can then concentrate on building your other starting positions because that one is set for years
Qb: Hurts, geno Smith
Rb: JT, Gibbs, Montgomery, Roschon, Z. White, Ty Chandler
Wr: AJB, JJ, Chase, waddle, G Wilson
TE: Pitts, Kincaid, Likely, Njoku

2024 1.01, 1.04, 1.05
10 team
9 players kept yearly
Non PPR
Not super flex
Start 1/1/2/1/2 flex
1 point per first down
All tds 6 points
