Achane or Waddle?

Who do you like better? Difference in value?

Of course it depends a bit on league settings - PPR, 0.5 PPR? Line-up requirements? etc.
In PPR on value alone I'd prefer Waddle. The luster is a bit off of him - he's not looking to have sustainable WR1 production. But he's a good high end WR2 and he's young. He's got plug/play value for the next four or five years.
Achane is boom/bust. Plus he's a bit game script dependent. I think it's good for Achane managers that MIA re-signed Mostert. Looks like they intend to bring the band back as is and that favors Achane. If he can stay healthy he's a good piece on win now team.
They're fairly close so it would largely come down to team need for me and whether I thought I could contend right away. I traded for Achane in a league where I needed a RB. Did so because I think he's one of the safer bets not be badly hurt by the NFL Draft.

I recently accquired Achane in this league.
Gave up Jaylen Warren,Mingo,Shakir + a 2027 1st.
My roster:
QB: Mahomes, Love
RB: K.Walker,Achane, Pacheco, AJ Dillon, Chase Brown, McLaughlin
WR: AJ Brown, Lamb, Tee Higgins, Rashee Rice, Mims, Palmer
+ 1.01(MHJ),1.11
TE: Hock, Ferguson, Woods
2025: 2 1sts
2026: 1 1st
2027: no 1st
1QB league, no TE premium, 0.5 ppr

1Flex
So I definately have a bigger need for Achane than Waddle.
But there is a huge MIA homer in the league, who has Waddle, Tyreek, Mostert
And of course he wants Achane badly.
I'm thinking about taking advantage of his homerism, selling him the "better" Dolphins-dynasty assett Achane for the "lesser" one and getting added draft capital.
Of course he doesnt wanna get rid of Waddle, but he probably likes Achane better.

Sub-zero interest in this. Waddle yes, two picks 2 and 3 years away is a no for me.

I’m taking Waddle in a heartbeat…
Then I would turn around and try to flip Higgins or Rice (maybe you can get someone to still pay full price for him?) for a RB in a separate deal.

I always favor young WR with 1000 yard season over 110 lb running backs.
