For Team 1 in Sig. 10-Tm 1QB TEP

I bought in last year going for it all and ended up falling short. Looking at my team, I'm not sure if the window is really still there as Ekeler hit a cliff, Kelce may not be a cheat code any more, and Tyreek is bound to slow down at some point. I have Stroud, Bijan and Lamb as my core young guys and hopefully Higgins will bounce back, but I'm not buying my chances to win much this year especially as the commish's team just became stacked by adding CMC. I have no 1sts or 2nds this year so I would have to get real lucky with some late picks to build some depth. Should I go ahead and tear it down, or sell on 2025 to go for it all again?

First off in 1QB you don’t need to waste roster spots on 5 QBs. Trade two of them even just for picks.

Bijan and Mostert should be good but after that the rest is garbage. You need 1 more viable RB2 this season

I don't see a great reason to trade now. Odds are that vets will have more worth in season than now (yes, there's always a risk of injury). And I think your team is good enough to make some noise.

So I'd let the off season and start of the season play out and then re-assess (presuming the only options are going for it or rebuilding). Obviously, if something interesting comes up, feel free! But I wouldn't be in a rush to tear this down.
