Team who owns 1.03, I have his 25 1 from a trade before he took the team over. I was going to offer 24 1.08/his 25 1 for 1.03? Is that too much? Should I just hold picks and take BPA?

He said he's interested in 24 1.07 and his 25 1 for 24 1.03. We agreed to wait until after Draft unfolds to make trade official. He has great qbs and an aging roster that should be able to compete so his 25 1 is likely mid to later I'd assume. Still a ways away but I'd still have 3 25 1s after this trade. Thanks!
