Addison or 1.07?

I'll keep it fairly simple and pose this mostly in a vacuum - 10 Team Superflex where I also own 1.02/1.04/1.06

I have Addison but have concerns about ceiling - my guess is I go Marvin (1.02), Daniels (1.04), and then Bowers/Odunze at 1.06/1.07. While I realize I can't know for sure how my draft will play out, would you rather have another 1st or hold Addison?

He's right on the line IMO. I just think the pick has more utility here given the context of the roster.

Addison will always play second fiddle to the alpha-est of alphas. And he will be Huggie's WR4/WR5. If Addison was the WR2 on his roster, I might take a different approach.

If adding the 1.07 affords me the ability to be more flexible in the 2024 draft and gives me the ability to build a more well-rounded roster by taking a few more shots at a difference maker at multiple positions (Bowers/Daniels/a RB that could be traded for with the 1.07). Addison is a good WR. There are a lot of those. There are few TE prospects that have Bowers' ceiling. There are few QBs that give you the rushing upside that Daniels has. I'm chasing great even if it's at the expense of good

Addison had a great yr for a rookie WR, the talent is there. Why trade away and hope you get a similar player

I'm holding Addison in this case. In general when I have a lot of picks (like you do) I want to use about half of them on rookies and half to buy veterans. We kind of know what Addison is. By doing it this way you are kind of hedging your risk - like portfolio diversification. Addison is a nice hedge against the rookie risk/reward.

If I had no firsts and wanted to participate in the draft, I might well do the deal.

this is what i meant on my earlier post.... just that Addison IMO would be considered in the Waddle level realizing only a year under his belt. He is the Robin to the JJ Batman

1.07 for me. I like Addison, but I'd rather have one of the top 3 WRs, one of the top 3 QBs or Bowers.

I would take Caleb, MHJ, Nabers, Odunze, Maye, and Daniels over Addison. If I end up worst case getting Bowers, I’d be fine with that too. So, 1.07 for me. I see upside and limited downside on initial value. I’d put Addison between 1.07-1.09, so this is on the high end.
