This is how I see it too. It's fine but not all that exciting. Especially given your current RBs. You're not going to want to start Spears unless Pollard is hurt. My guess is Spears more or less replicates his last season stats w/ Pollard in the mix. If that's right, he's a flex/emergency guy. He's one of the more interesting guys in that range because of how things would likely go if Pollard gets hurt. Of course you already have one of those guys in Charbonnet. There's probably going to be a stretch where one of those guys is a must start. Nothing wrong with that. Just not super exciting.

Not arguing - but how do we know the Titans are a run first offense? I see a lot of reasons to think the opposite.

they got a dynamic duo at rb, have been run heavy for years, and have a low ceiling bridge qb holding it down. guy threw 4td in his first game cuz they didnt respect him or hopkins to air it out/take the top off. teams saw that and the guy threw 4 tds the rest of the season. they are gonna run run run.

I don't think it matters what they've done for years, they fired Vrabel for a reason. And while I understand a lot of folks think Levis is weak, I don't believe the Titans think that. Nothing they've done suggests that at all. They could be wrong for sure, but they aren't acting like he's anything other than their franchise hope. Right or wrong, they are surrounding him with win-now pieces. And Cincy wasn't run first IMHO.

I could see making an argument that Spears could put up good numbers in a pass first offense. He and Pollard were both top-12 in receptions last year. A third of Spears touches came via receptions.

What are you projecting Spears stat line to look like?
Note: I like your optimism as both a Spears manager and Titans fan.
