Alternatively, if you want to avoid risk of draft busts and assuming your league will be trade happy — I’d also consider snagging your third QB. Cousins, Young, Mayfield, and Deshaun have their warts - would lean towards Mayfield despite consistently being ranked below at least Cousins and Young. Then you’d have 3 top 12 TEs and 3 quality QBs with job security the next couple years.

If additional TEs or QBs create value opportunity later in the draft - snag them. But I suspect folks will start reaching, and you can fill holes when value shows up.

Really like the engram and 1.07 pick. I'm interested in Watson as your third QB, I'd target everything but the RB at this point. If draft picks continue to fall I like the 1.08-1.10 in this format. Easy pass on pursy trade.

I was offered 7.11 and 8.02 for Hockenson. Would give me 4 picks in a row. Is that worth it or just stick with hock? Still some decent young TE and QB left. Probably need a couple WRs lol

I would only consider that trade if it included his 1st next year for your 2nd next year.

Really depends on who's there. I like the trade if there are viable tes because coming off injury and unsure about QB hock has lots of questions.

I think you should demand more for him but it's a good start

I’m trying to like that trade to allow you to snag Deshaun, another TE, and a couple of difference makers maybe at WR - but I’m just not there. In our league with identical super TE premium scoring - Hock, LaPorta, and Engram were in the top 21 for scoring (along with Dak). Only WRs to score similarly - Sun God, Lamb, and Tyreek. The rest are QBs (do get extra points for running yards), Kittle, Kelce, and McCaffrey. Keep building smart.

I’m nervous about Hock’s value fully rebounding as he recovers from surgery depending on his QB situation, but he’s still young by TE standards.
