I see all those offers might get you London OR 1.02, can't imagine a world where they get you both though.

I love Addison too, but can't seem to find any analyst who is NOT telling you to sell Addison now.
I don't agree, Addison is a hold for me, but Jeudy/Jamo/Evans have very little dynasty value.

So basically I don't see how Addison + 1.10 gets you London + 1.02.
Especially after Nabers Pro Day, when more and more analysts are switching to Nabers as WR1 over MHJ.
Nabers and MHJ are the best WR prospects to come out since Chase in 2021.
